Day 1 : Welcome to Morocco – Arrival in the Red City of Marrakech
Upon your arrival at Marrakech Menara Airport, your private driver will welcome you in the arrival hall and transfer you to a beautiful traditional riad in the heart of Marrakech.
After checking in, relax with a refreshing glass of traditional Moroccan mint tea before enjoying some free time to explore the city’s vibrant atmosphere. Wander through the lively streets of the historic medina, discover colorful souks filled with local handicrafts, spices, and artisan workshops, or visit the famous Jemaa el-Fnaa Square, where storytellers, musicians, food stalls, and street performers create one of Morocco’s most unforgettable atmospheres.
In the evening, enjoy dinner at one of the many local restaurants before returning to your riad for a peaceful night’s rest.

Day 2: Crossing the High Atlas to the Gateway of the Sahara
Marrakech – High Atlas Mountains – Tizi n’Tichka Pass – Aït Ben Haddou – Ouarzazate – Draa Valley – Oulad Driss
After an early breakfast, begin your journey toward the Moroccan Sahara by crossing the spectacular High Atlas Mountains via the famous Tizi n’Tichka Pass (2,260 metres). Along the way, enjoy breathtaking panoramic views of Berber villages, mountain valleys, and dramatic landscapes.
Visit a local Argan Oil Women’s Cooperative, where you’ll discover the traditional production of Morocco’s famous argan oil.
Continue to the legendary Aït Ben Haddou, Morocco’s most famous fortified village and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Explore its ancient earthen streets before enjoying a traditional Moroccan lunch overlooking the historic ksar.
In the afternoon, travel through Ouarzazate, often called the “Hollywood of Morocco,” before following the magnificent Draa Valley, Morocco’s largest palm oasis, lined with endless date palms, ancient kasbahs, and traditional villages.
By late afternoon, arrive in Oulad Driss, where your camel caravan and local nomadic team await your arrival. Meet your experienced guides, enjoy a traditional dinner, and prepare for the adventure that begins the following morning.

Day 3:Into the Heart of the Sahara – The Nomadic Journey Begins
Oulad Driss – M’Hamid Oasis – Sidi Naji
After breakfast, meet your camel caravan and local nomadic guides before beginning your unforgettable trekking expedition into Morocco’s wild Sahara.
Leaving the fertile oasis of M’Hamid El Ghizlane, you’ll gradually enter an untouched world of golden sand, palm groves, and ancient caravan trails once travelled by merchants crossing the Sahara.
Walk approximately 4 hours, divided into two comfortable stages. The morning trek leads through peaceful palm groves before stopping beneath tamarisk trees to enjoy a freshly prepared picnic lunch.
After a relaxing break, continue across beautiful desert landscapes toward Sidi Naji, one of the Sahara’s most peaceful camping areas.
Your local team will prepare camp while you relax with traditional Moroccan mint tea. As night falls, enjoy a delicious dinner cooked over an open fire before sleeping in a traditional Berber tent or beneath a sky filled with millions of stars.

Day 4: Walking Ancient Caravan Trails Across the Great Desert
Sidi Naji – Erg Ezahar
Wake to the peaceful silence of the Sahara before enjoying breakfast as the first rays of sunlight illuminate the dunes.
Today’s trek takes you deeper into Morocco’s untouched desert, following ancient nomadic paths across rocky plains, soft sand, and open wilderness.
After approximately 2½ hours of walking, stop beneath the shade of tamarisk trees for a traditional picnic lunch prepared by your support team.
Continue another 2½ hours toward the magnificent dunes of Erg Ezahar, one of the most spectacular dune systems in southern Morocco.
Watch the sunset transform the dunes into glowing shades of gold and orange before gathering around the campfire for another evening of traditional Moroccan cuisine, Berber music, and unforgettable stargazing.

Dinner & Overnight: Wild Desert Camp at Erg Ezahar.
Day 5: Across the Wild Dunes and the Hidden Draa Valley
Erg Ezahar – Oued Draa – Amirigh
After sunrise and breakfast, continue your expedition across ever-changing desert landscapes.
Today’s route combines towering dunes, rocky desert plateaus, and the hidden vegetation of the Draa Valley, creating one of the most diverse days of the trek.
Pass through Erg Smar, an abandoned village slowly reclaimed by the desert, where shifting sands tell the story of centuries of Saharan life.
After enjoying a picnic lunch in the shade, continue toward Amirigh, crossing small dunes and open desert while experiencing the peaceful rhythm of nomadic travel.
Arrive at your wild campsite in time to admire another spectacular sunset before enjoying dinner beneath the stars.

Day 6: Living the Spirit of the Nomads
Amirigh – Lebohr – Erg Bertham
After breakfast, continue your camel trekking adventure through one of Morocco’s most remote desert regions.
Walk approximately 2 to 2½ hours toward Lebohr, where you’ll stop for lunch and enjoy a well-earned rest beneath the desert trees.
In the afternoon, continue toward the magnificent Erg Bertham Dunes, where endless golden sand stretches to the horizon.
Far away from roads, cities, and modern life, this is the perfect place to experience the true silence of the Sahara.
Spend another unforgettable evening enjoying traditional Moroccan food, freshly baked bread cooked in the sand, Berber music, and one of the clearest night skies on Earth.

Day 7: The Final Nomadic Trail Through Morocco's Great Desert
Erg Bertham – Mzouaria – Rass Enkhal
Wake early for one final magical Sahara sunrise before packing camp and continuing your last day of trekking.
Walk approximately 4 hours toward the peaceful village of Mzouaria, where you’ll stop for a traditional lunch prepared by your local team.
After lunch, continue to Rass Enkhal, where your fixed desert camp awaits.
Enjoy a refreshing shower after several unforgettable days in the wilderness before celebrating your final evening with your camel guides and nomadic hosts.
Share stories around the campfire while enjoying traditional Moroccan cuisine and authentic Berber music, creating memories that will last a lifetime.

Day 8: From the Sahara Back to Marrakech
Rass Enkhal – M’Hamid – Tamgroute – Ouarzazate – Marrakech
After breakfast, bid farewell to your camel caravan and local nomadic team before beginning your return journey.
Travel through M’Hamid El Ghizlane before stopping in the historic village of Tamgroute, famous for its centuries-old green pottery workshops. Visit a traditional pottery cooperative where artisans continue producing handcrafted ceramics using techniques passed down for generations.
Continue north through the beautiful Draa Valley, passing ancient kasbahs and palm groves before reaching Ouarzazate for lunch.
Cross the spectacular High Atlas Mountains once more before arriving in Marrakech during the evening.
Overnight: Traditional Riad in Marrakech.
Day 9: Farewell Morocco – Until We Meet Again
