Day 1: Crossing the Middle Atlas to the Sahara
Fes → Ifrane → Cedar Forest → Midelt → Ziz Valley → Erfoud → Merzouga
Your private driver will meet you in Fes before heading south through the beautiful Middle Atlas Mountains.
Visit the alpine town of Ifrane, often called the “Switzerland of Morocco,” before stopping in the Cedar Forest, home to the famous Barbary macaques.
Continue through Midelt, crossing spectacular mountain landscapes before descending into the lush Ziz Valley, one of Morocco’s largest palm oases.
