At Wisdom Morocco Tours, we understand that travel plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair while allowing us to organize your tour with our local partners.

Free Cancellation

You may cancel your booking up to 14 days before the tour start date and receive a full refund of any payments made, excluding any non-refundable transaction fees.

Cancellations Within 14 Days

• 7–13 days before departure: 50% of the total tour price will be refunded.
• Less than 7 days before departure: No refund will be issued.

No-Show

If you do not arrive for your tour without prior notice, the booking will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be provided.

Changes to Your Booking

If you need to change your travel dates or itinerary, please contact us as early as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability and any additional costs from hotels or service providers.

Tour Cancellation by Wisdom Morocco Tours

In the unlikely event that we must cancel your tour due to unforeseen circumstances, safety concerns, or events beyond our control, you will be offered:

• A full refund of any payments made, or
• The option to reschedule your tour for a future date.

Force Majeure

Wisdom Morocco Tours is not responsible for cancellations, delays, or itinerary changes caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, government restrictions, pandemics, strikes, or road closures.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, refunds may take 5–14 business days to appear in your account.
